Event Calendar/ Pamphlet

When coming up with the Around the World Dinner Series, Cobblestone aimed to build a better reputation with current members and make dinners more exciting by incorporating popular foods from different countries with authentic decor. My roles included setting up the menu, making the accompanying graphic, and organizing each country’s designs. Given this event’s success, it has now has become a tradition to explore a new theme every month.

Event/ Social Media Post

To expand our outreach among local golfers, we began hosing the events run by the RDGA, the Rochester District Golf Association. In our partnership, I worked to create graphics to promote on social media as well as reach out to any sponsors that would like to see their product advertised during the tournament. This was a mutually beneficial arrangement as Cobblestone saw an increase in customers and our sponsors were eager to participate in future events.

Banquet

We had a client approach us looking to throw a feast centered around their hometown, Lafayette, Louisiana. I coordinated with our head chef to arrange a Bayou-themed banquet. Together, we constructed a menu and elaborate decor that prioritized authenticity and created a welcoming atmosphere. The client was very satisfied with the outcome and shared that it him feel like he was back at home. Other guests at this event even indicated interest in using Cobblestone for their own special events.

Event

Josh and Megan wanted to go with an elegant and formal theme for their wedding. Our goal was to help them achieve the evening of their dreams by running a smooth, stress-free, and exciting evening. I helped to create a visually appealing space by setting up the venue and decorating within the given theme. This task allowed me to use my strengths in design and creativity while pushing outside my comfort zone. Clear communication and prioritization of the clients’ wishes were essential in creating a successful event that went off without a hitch.
